Montana Mike’s is a full-service casual dining steakhouse specializing in big appetites and terrific value. Each restaurant offers hand-cut steaks, hearty portions and affordable prices.
The restaurant has a rustic outdoor setting with an atmosphere reminiscent of a mountain lodge. Guests can choose from various appetizers and enjoy an alcoholic beverage from a full bar.
The Montana Mike’s menu includes grilled chicken, pasta, chicken-fried steak, seafood, and our mouth-watering steaks. Our steaks are naturally aged USDA Choice steaks, hand-cut at the restaurant, and grilled to guests’ expectations. Fresh salads and other seasonal menus and promotions are offered throughout the year. A separate lunch menu focuses on lunch-sized portions and some of the best burgers you’ll find anywhere!

Fast Facts About Montana Mike’s Franchise Agreements
Montana Mike’s Area Development Fee
$10,000 per location to be developed. This $10,000 will be credited against the subsequent Franchise Fee due for each location.
Franchise Fee for Montana mike’s
$35,000 for each location.
Royalty and Service Fee
4% of net sales, payable monthly.
Marketing Fund
Up to 1% (currently .50% of net sales).
Montana Mike’s Term Franchise Agreement
Initial 15 years.
Renewal
Renewal terms are available based on the then current Franchise agreement.
Site Selection & Building Plans
The franchisee is responsible for site selection (subject to review). Prototypical building plans are provided for new construction, and sample completed plans will be provided for conversion opportunities.
Management Training at Montana mike’s
Provided at no additional cost. All costs related to employees’ time and expenses are those of the franchisee.

Supplemental management will be provided for pre-opening and during the opening period (as defined in agreement), additional trainers must be provided by franchisee at their expense.
Ongoing franchise Assistance
Franchise Field Consultants visit all restaurants regularly. Training, purchasing, and marketing departments continually develop programs for franchisees’ use and participation.
